Join Retina New Zealand as we support each other in the challenges of living with sight loss. Be a part of the quest to find treatments for inherited retinal degeneration. Our quarterly newsletter that will keep you informed of the latest research and technology. Most of our members have a degenerative retinal disorder such as Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), Age-related Macula Degeneration (AMD), Stargardt disease, or Choroideremia. Others have retinal damage as a result of diabetes, degenerative myopia, or retinal detachments that may have occurred spontaneously or resulted from injury.

The important thing to remember, is that our membership is open to anyone with some level of vision loss or damage, regardless of your degree of visual impairment. Family and friends are welcome to join too. We also have a corporate membership option for those with a professional interest in retinal conditions and their treatment.
